When I met him he wasn't interested in the acquisition of my house to sell like the other realtors I interviewed, he wanted to know the reason why I wanted to sell my current house, what I was looking for, and my knowledge level on what was involved in the process. He got to know ME. He walked me through the entire process (selling and buying) and told me what to expect along the way.  He worked his A$$ off for me. His honesty, integrity, and genuine willingness to teach me as we went. Gary was amazing, he made the entire process go super smooth. I don't know how he could have improved my experience.

Gary was very polite, easy going, efficient with dealing with potential buyers and kept ahead of everything. He went the extra mile to sell the property, and did everything possible to find a buyer. With tougher economic times, he persisted in organizing open houses. He also organized a caravan, as I believe he called it, of other realtors in the area to assess home & make any suggestions & also familiarize them with the place. He lived close by & visually kept an eye on the place. One time a lady was there organizing for our big estate sale & he called us to tell us someone was parked in our driveway. After our sale, we still had to get rid of our electric bed & he was aware of this & took photos to help us advertise with Kijiji.

Gary renewed my faith in realtors after being burned and treated badly a few years ago. I was so hesitant to use a realtor again but Gary's friendliness and professionalism won me over. He is helpful and knowledgeable. I was treated as a friend not a client.Gary went out of his way to help me out with things that I could not attend to as I was working out of town during most of the sale process.
